We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not display advertising. SimplePace products are ad-free.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. SimplePace does not store your credit card number or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Course operational data (cart logs, pace settings) is isolated per course account and is not accessible to other users.
By signing up for SimplePace, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and subscription. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying to any email or contacting us directly.
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export anything you need.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at tim@getsimplepace.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of any material changes by email.
