These Terms of Service govern your use of SimplePace™, a product of PGI Golf ("Company", "we", "us"). By signing up for or using SimplePace, you agree to these terms.
SimplePace is a browser-based pace of play management tool for golf courses. It allows starters and marshals to log cart tee times and track pace in real time using devices they already carry. No hardware installation is required.
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at signup but will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.
SimplePace is offered on two subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal accessible from within the app.
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Annual subscribers may cancel to prevent renewal, but annual plan payments are non-refundable. Access continues through the end of the paid annual period.
We do not offer refunds except in cases where a billing error has occurred on our part. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at tim@getsimplepace.com within 30 days of the charge.
You agree to use SimplePace only for its intended purpose — managing pace of play at your golf course. You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at tim@getsimplepace.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We make reasonable efforts to keep SimplePace available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Your use of SimplePace is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
SimplePace, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is the property of PGI Golf. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
SimplePace is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PGI Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
